Every tier gets the same build, service, and delivery. Starter is a 5-page site. Growth is a 10-page site — a dedicated page per service — plus automated SMS lead notifications. No catch — it's a payment plan, not a discount. You pay the same build cost over 24 months instead of all upfront, the same way a lot of software and services are sold today.

No free trial, but we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not happy with your website within the first 30 days, just reach out and we'll issue a full refund. After that, standard cancellation terms apply.

After that, cancelling before the end of the 24-month term costs a fee of 50% of your remaining balance, and the site comes down. Want to keep the site and move it elsewhere instead? Pay the remaining balance in full and we'll package up the files for you.
Your site gets suspended with a neutral placeholder page — nothing publicly embarrassing — and we'll reach out privately about reactivating it.
Yes — once you've completed your contract term, the website is entirely yours. Host, manage, and maintain it independently, or stay with our ongoing care plan. Your call.
Yes — every site is SEO-optimized for local search out of the box, with a free SSL certificate and content built with search engines in mind, so you can get found by customers searching for your services nearby.
Yes — every SUMO Sites build is fully responsive and tested across phone, tablet, and desktop.
Core pages are included. For extra pages, you can write your own content or hire us — our content writing service is $150/page (pages needing little unique content, like contact or reviews, are excluded).
We encourage using your own photos where you can — it's the most authentic look for your business. If you don't have great photos, we'll source free stock photography, and premium stock if needed, at no extra cost.
Sorry, we do not build online stores or e-commerce sites. We can link your site to a CRM or booking/scheduling tool if you are using one, but not e-commerce sites.
